This technical note details how to report a potential security vulnerability in supported product versions to Attachmate's Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT).

Reporting a Potential Security Vulnerability

To report a potential security vulnerability in any of the Reflection Attachmate products, please telephone (not e-mail) the closest Attachmate technical support center.

When discussing the issue with Attachmate technical support, you may be asked to send information, such as log files or information about how to duplicate the problem, to Attachmate. In this instance, we strongly recommend that you encrypt the information and e-mail it to Attachmate using PGP (or compatible applications, such as GnuPG).
