Summary
If the values set in the [OPTIONS] section of the WRQMSI.ini file include spaces, such as USERNAME="Jane Johnson", users will get the following error when trying to install Reflection: "Incorrect command line parameter."
If you get this error when running setup with a custom edited WRQMSI.ini file, follow the steps below to resolve this problem.
- Download Setup_ver12_spaces.exe from the Attachmate Download Library.
- Navigate to the Reflection administrative installation point and save Setup_ver12_spaces.exe to this folder.
- In the same folder, locate the current Setup.exe file and rename it to Setup.old.
- Rename Setup_ver12_spaces.exe to Setup.exe.
- Re-run the installation.
