Process to apply MSP file when creating an MST file with CIWApply an MSP file when using Custom Installation Wizard (CIW)

Fix

Do the following steps:
1. Do an administrative install on server.
2. Use the original MSI from that administrative installation with CIW.
3. Create customized MST file
4. Apply MSP to administrative installation on server
5. Deploy MSI and MST file
