Goal

Uninstall when services are involved

Fix

Warning: This resolution is attempted at the users risk and with their discretion. It is strongly advised to backup the registry before making any changes to it.Resolution:1. Open the Windows Registry and navigate to the key HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Attachmate\Accessory Manager\WorkstationUser\Preferences
2. Delete the DirIC32CFG key found under this entry.
3. Reinstall the product to a new location or alter any of the installation procedures.
