Symptoms

Unable to install EXTRA! under Microsoft Windows XP Pro x64

Error: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application."

Fix

This issue has been resolved in EXTRA! X-treme 9.0. Contact Attachmate Technical Support or your Attachmate Sales Representative for information about obtaining this product.
