Symptoms

How to configure Printer Pass Through and PassThru Printing for the HAS for UMC V3.2 T27 Printer Applet.

Fix

1. Install the Product.

2. Open the Management Control & Services and click on the Terminal Viewers and use the below steps to configure the applet.

a) Click on New Configuration
b) Connect directly to Host and Next
c) Type the Host Name and Next
d) In this step if you are using the ID Manager then configure through that and if not then Click on "DO NOT USE ID MANAGER" and next
e) Specify a valid STATION ID and click next.

3. Enabling pssthrough printing:

a) In the configurations section choose the session you created and click on the Properties button.
b) Select Printer and click the configure button
c) Check Enable Passthrough Printing and then save it.

4. To activate the session you created and assign users:

a) Go to Presentation Manager and on the right side of the screen click on the Presentation you created and assign users.
b) Then Activate it.
