Symptoms

Menu bar not displayed

Fix

The registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Attachmate\Accessory Manager\Preferences the string MenuEnabled will disable menus if set to 0. Change this string to 1 and restart Accessory Manager.
