Symptoms

Conflict with driver for NVIDIA MX420 graphics card

Conflict occurs when attempting installation

Fix

To resolve this issue, open the Configuration Manager/Extensions. De-select the "Enable GLX extension" and "Enable GLX acceleration" options that appear at the bottom of the screen. This issue is not a failure of the product as it adheres to the OpenGL API interface and the conflict only occurs with multiple monitors.
