Symptoms

Error: "TCPWIN32 - T - 402"

Error occurs when opening a session

Connecting to Sabre using VPN

Fix

The following troubleshooting steps are recommended:

1. Test the network and host TCP/IP connectivity by using the PING utility.

2. PING an address on the local network segment to verify the stack functionality then ping the host. If PING or Telnet to the host fails, the problem exists with the network or host, not with INFOConnect.

3. Ensure the Host name or IP address is set correctly in INFOConnect.
