Goal

Support for scrolling using the mouse wheel

Cause

Currently by default the mouse wheel is used for copy/paste rather then scrolling. This is to provide an option for activating scrolling on the mouse wheel in the configuration manager.

Fix

This Feature has been added in to KEA! X 7.0 and higher.
