Symptoms

Control key doesn't work in Extra during RemotelyAnywhere session

Cause

This is due to a limitation in JRE 1.4.2

Fix

Install JRE 1.5 (available from Sun web site) on the client PC

Please note that the left most Shift/Alt/Ctrl/Enter key mapping is effective for the other one. This is also due to a remaining limitation of Sun JRE which does not distinguish left and right control keys.
