Symptoms

OrgUnit does not show as assigned 'Yes' in display of packages despite appearing in dialog to assign that package

Packages/files shown as not assigned( 'No' in display of  configuration list of packages/files) are actually assigned to LDAP nodes as seen in dialog box and .cfg file

Fix
